Gourmet Beef Jerky has been my passion for over 25 years. I started SmokestacksABJ in my parent’s kitchen on 6th Avenue in Folsom, PA to compete with my (now) father-in-law, (then) girlfriend’s dad. As the years have gone by, we’ve made friends all around the United States, even in parts of Western Europe! I still love seeing someone’s reaction when they try Smokestacks for the first time.
